- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WhatsApp Genial and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Content you upload or transmit through the Service
- Your customers' complaints or disputes
12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:
